A flexible choice of delightful rooms is available ranging from the spectacular Victorian Theatre to the elegant ground floor reception rooms opening onto the terrace and gardens. There's a real country house atmosphere with the rich wood panelling of the main function rooms and the warm stonework of the house itself complementing any function, large or small.

Within the mansion the Gold Room can cater for 50 guests for a sit down meal and you can use the Terrace & Leighton room for a drinks reception.

The Conservatory can seat 45 for a sit down meal and can accommodate 60 for a reception.

The splendid Dining room comfortably accommodates up to 100 guests for a sit down meal.

Our historic Victorian Theatre can accommodate a dinner dance for 200 or a drinks reception for 400.

Burswood is ideal for private functions up to 50 guests for a reception or 40 for a sit down meal.

The Terrace & Gardens are perfect for alfresco dining during the summer months with stunning views of the gardens and main lake.
