there were a few little hiccups but nothing we couldn't deal with - i think we might need to re think teas/coffees and lunch for the next one!!!

Thank you and all your colleagues for your help and support which meant that yesterdays conference was a great success.
Please pass on my thanks to all concerned, particularly Barry your duty manager and Steve with all the technical support. Their efforts were greatly appreciated and everyone at Salomons was extremely helpful.
From a professional point of view the conference achieved its objectives and we received very good feedback. This was helped by the fact that so many of the delegates commented on the quality of the venue and the great organisation allowed us to get on and keep to our programme, which always helps.
Because the RIBA regions are fairly large we have to move our major events around to different venues each time otherwise we get crititised for the distance members have to travel. It may, therefore, be a little while before we bring an event back to Tunbridge Wells, but if we do I will certainly recommend we come again to Salomons.

Claire, I am sorry that you weren't in the office when I rang just now
so that I could thank you personally for your help and assistance in
making our conference go so well yesterday. The venue was a great
success and your gardens and surroundings looked magnificent in the
sunshine. The food went down well and the chocolate cake at lunchtime
was a particular hit!
All the participants were very complimentary about the centre and they
very much enjoyed the added bonus of looking at the museum between the
conference end and dinner - thank you to your reception team for so
readily agreeing to keep it open for an additional hour to enable this
to happen.
As conference organiser I found you, Barry and your team very helpful
and responsive to the few minor things that inevitably came up on the
day.
If we had a similar occasion in future I would have no hesitation in
using you again.

I am writing to thank you and your staff for such a wonderful service provided yesterday for my Mother's surprise 70th birthday lunch.The day was a great success and I have received phone calls and emails from guests who have all said pretty much the same thing,that the service was excellent and how friendly the staff were. We were not rushed,nothing was too much trouble,any extras that we asked for ( sparkling wine for the toast;table plan to be typed up)did not phase anyone. A truly professional and excellent service.Please pass on our particular thanks to Barry,the bar manager( apologies, can't remember his name) and the waitress 'in charge' who made the event run so smoothly.

I would just like to say a big thank you to all of your staff at Salamons for making our Christmas party run so smoothly yesterday. Absolutely beautiful venue, fantastic food, amazing staff (especially yourself, Barry and Barbara)! Feedback was amazing and I can honestly say I have been doing this for over 10 years and yesterday has got to be my favourite function that I have organised!
Totally professional, friendly, hardworking and very helpful right down to the smallest detail or request that cropped up! It was a fantastic day and that it mostly down to your team!
